Juniors Curling

Note: Until further notice, usage of face masks for all participants will be required.

Curling for Juniors between 9 and 21 years of age. We will play a 6-end match every Saturday from October 2021, through May 2022 in three sessions (Fall, Winter, Spring).

  • Every Saturday starting February 5th through May 7th from 9:00 to 10:30 AM
  • Price: $20 per Saturday or $140 for a full session (10 weekends)
  • Please note that an annual membership is required for Juniors in addition to the session signup in order to provide insurance, The cost for this is $15/season.

Due to Bonspiels and holidays, there will be no Juniors curling on the following dates:

  • March 12th

Juniors Curling Instruction

Once per month, we will be providing instruction concurrently with match play for newcomers, and in general newcomers can start match play after one or two instruction sessions.

Winter 2022 dates:

Curriculum for instruction: These classes are both for Juniors that have never curled before as well as those that want to further develop their fundamentals. 

  • Basic instruction: 50 minutes
  • Short break: 10 minutes
  • Further instruction or a short match: 30 minutes

Equipment: We provide all the necessary equipment; we recommend wearing clean, soft-soled athletic shoes and dressing in layers since we are on ice. Gloves and a hat are optional.

About the Club ...

The Peachtree Curling Association (PCA) is dedicated to the promotion of the sport of curling and has been organized to:

  1. Educate youth, adult, corporate, senior, handicap, and other interested persons about the sport of curling
