Friday, February 15th- Sunday, February 17th, 2019
This is an invitational Bonspiel. All invited clubs were sent an email on November 13th 2018.
- Each club can decide independently how teams from their clubs will be determined
- Teams are open (no limits on number of men or women) and are made up of league playing members of the club.
- Entry fees will be $200 per team
- Meals are not provided. There will be simple draw snacks.
- Pool play with a 4 game guarantee (format subject to change based on number of entries)
- Four events will be seeded by pool play result
December 15th, 2018 - Notify event host if your club will accept the invitation no later than this date (you don’t need to submit rosters on this date) - E-mail [email protected]
January 15th, 2019 - Final team rosters and payments submitted to the event host
February 15th, 2019 - Event begins
February 17th, 2019 - Championship game
